WHAT TO EXPECT
All participants will receive a t-shirt, goody bag, chip timing, food and fun
after the event. There will be a water station about half way through the run on both legs of the run. There is no
water on the bike couse. Bring plenty of water with you on the bike.
Bike racks will have your race number
on them. All courses will have highly visible signage for each turn. There is a crossing point on the run course so be cautious
when on the run.
There is no refunds, so don't ask.
VOLUNTEER
Not racing this weekend? Here to support your family or friends? Get a front row
seat as a volunteer. Voulunteers are needed throughout the event to help with participant body marking, directing spectators
and participants on and off the course, and passing out refreshments at aid stations and post race.
RACE RULES AND INFORMATION
1. There is no time limit for the race.
2. Helmets are mandatory.
3. Drafting is not permitted.
Penalties and disqualifications will be given for drafting.
4. Please remove all equipment from transition area after the awards ceremony
5. Lost timing chips are the responsibility of the participant. The timing company charges the
participant if they lose a timing chip.
AWARDS
Awards will be given to the first overall male,
female and relay team winners. Age group awards will be top three male and female in five year increments: 15 and under, 16-19,
20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
